Bringing The Outside In: The Nature Conservancy
Nature Conservancy requested consulting and virtual interior design services for their office space in suburban Dublin, Ohio. The spaces included their lobby, the kitchen area, an open meeting space, large conference room and other meeting rooms.
We worked with the client and their graphics department to determine the color pallet for the wall art, signage, and window treatments that would incorporate their branding and company vision. Our design included wood accents on the walls and scenic nature images for wall art to go along with the nature theme of their company. MMD also selected kitchen fixtures and a backsplash. In the end, we provided space planning consultation to ensure that all elements fit properly in each space, digital ideas and conceptual room boards to show examples of the design, and coordinated with contractors to make sure the work was completed according to the designs provided.
Elevating Employee Spaces: Rama Consulting Group
We were delighted to help renovate 14 office spaces in this 6,300-square foot facility. The project included all-new carpeting and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) flooring, a complete paint job featuring accent walls, functional furniture, custom wall art, signage and accessories. The project was executed on a challenging schedule but completed on time and to the client's and employees’ satisfaction.
Popping With Color: Popcom Corporate Office
We renovated a corporate office in the trendy Italian Village area of Columbus. PopCom, LLC is an automated retail solutions vending company offering cutting-edge AI, real-time analytics. Their mission is to revolutionize automated retail.
MMD was tasked with transforming an existing warehouse into a corporate office consisting of a lobby, a meeting room and a small breakroom. The client wanted a unique design with bright bold colors (like what was in their logo), and a techy vibe. They also wanted to keep the brick aesthetics and architecture of the building but bring the spaces to life to inspire their employees. We used the bold colors of their logo to customize the design. We painted a skyline on the walls of the lobby in their logo colors and added trendy elements such as rugs, chairs and décor to complement the space. We also incorporated natural elements like greenery throughout and a wood conference table in the meeting room to give warmth to those areas.
Not only were we able to give her the open, clean, colorful, fun and functional spaces she hoped for, but we did it in just 5 weeks! We exceeded expectations, according to Dawn, "Miracle Makeover Designs worked a miracle in my office." We set out to make Dawn’s design experience as seamless as possible. While we had numerous check-ins with Dawn to get her feedback throughout the project, she genuinely trusted our design decisions, from initial concept to execution. This office received rave reviews during the grand opening.
